Little Feet Nursery (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of all personal data provided by parents, guardians, and children attending our campuses in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

We process personal information in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding Personal Data Protection (PDPL) and regulatory directives from the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA).

We collect only necessary information required to deliver safe early education, healthcare monitoring, and administrative compliance:

We prioritize children's privacy and safeguarding above all else:

• Photographs or video recordings of enrolled children for educational records, internal yearbooks, or nursery social media channels are captured strictly with prior written parental consent obtained upon enrolment.
• Parents retain the absolute right to opt out of public media publication at any time.
• We never publish full names alongside photographs of children.

All immunization and pediatric health records are maintained under the strict supervision of our licensed on-site pediatric nurse and healthcare authorities. Medical details are never disclosed to third parties except in urgent medical emergencies to authorized emergency medical personnel.
